Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of Duluni and any purchase you make. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Use of the site

You may browse the catalog and buy products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers’ accounts, or circumvent the ordering or account system. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the store.

Orders and pricing

Each product is sold at the single fixed price shown on its page in US dollars. By placing an order you agree to pay that amount through the payment method you select. We may update prices and product availability at any time, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payments

Cash on delivery orders are paid directly to the courier when your order arrives. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are confirmed on-chain. Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast; please send the exact amount on the correct network shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your wallet keys.

Products

Every product is a physical item shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

Delivery and access

We dispatch orders to your shipping address; delivery charges and time estimates are shown at checkout by country. You can follow an order's status from your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Self-service password recovery is not currently available, so we recommend a password manager. You can change your password while signed in from account security.

Refunds

Physical items may be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect — see the refund policy.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duluni is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
